Initial request from Shing to investigate if we own http://netgainpartnership.org/ as Lindsey is working with a partner who would like to transfer the domain and it looks like it may not be MoCo owned.

Yep we've got it. Found it in AWS in the Mozilla Foundation Projects Route53 account

Update from Rob on 12/11:

The latest is that while we manage the DNS on Route53, it's not registered there. I double checked the ICANN info which says it's still registered with MoCo via MarkMonitor. Can we reach out to confirm with them they have it? And if they do, they'll need to facilitate since they're the owners (edited)
