Describe the feature request

Add filters on block types report.

Filters:

  • Show only Custom / Core blocks or All
  • By page type

Acceptance criteria:

  • As an admin, I can choose to show only custom or core blocks, or to show all (display both types).
  • As an admin, I can filter my report per the page type
