I'm still seeing this error in 0.7.5, or seeing it again? Not sure. Only Layer Hotkeys installed, clean world. The hotkeys do seem to be working, however.

I came here to check if this error had been flagged and it had I can see!
I am getting this error as well and was wondering if it was also a harmless one?
