PyMCL a0.6 EOL

End of life patch.
Adds in the ability to set a custom JRE location per instance.

This version is broken, use a0.6 Pre-4.2 instead.

Keep an eye out for the java rewrite coming soon!

WARNING: EXPECT CRASHES, BROKEN BEHAVIOUR AND OTHER UNEXPECTED STUFF.
This release is pretty stable though.

Known issues:

Buttons on some configurations are messed up. I doubt I can fix this.
Modpack exporter sometimes doesnt delete some sound files. This is because they are modified.
File size is far too large. Hopefully fixed sometime soon.

Known issues:

OSX marks program as crashed when its closed.
Buttons on OSX are slightly broken.
Random crashes after installing a modpack. The modpack is installed just fine though.
Linux file size is pretty huge. No idea why.
