[7.0] MixinExtras does not appear on the compile classpath

After a few discussions regarding MixinExtras, I'm not sure what conclusion to come to regarding the use of MixinExtras in FG7.

I have an example ML repo here that has a forge branch, and I'm not entirely sure if I'm doing something wrong, not doing something, or if something is broken in FG that prevents MixinExtras from working on only the Forge module?

Maybe a short documentation page or something on how to enable/use this in FG7 would help myself and other users

The MDKExample repo has an example on enabling Mixins.
Any build above the MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge@41609a0 should automatically load MixinExtras at runtime if you have a mixin config.
Only thing you need beyond that is adding the compileOnly dependency as described in the MixinExtras wiki.

I am re-opening this because MixinExtras not being added as a compile-scope dependency is a bug that I derped somewhere in Mavenizer.

The confusing conversation that happened as a result of this was phrasing the issue as a question. Please say "MixinExtras is not working" rather than "unclear how to use MixinExtras". We can correct misunderstandings better this way.
