Support Junit 4 Theory annotation

When a class is annotated as @RunWith(Theories.class) and the tests are annotated with @Theory, the tests are not discovered. I.e. the "Run Test" and "Debug Test" actions don't appear inline in the file when opened in the editor, and the tests don't get listed or run when browsing or starting tests from the test explorer.
