Failed to resolve configurations which contains ${workspacefolder}

We supported ${workspaceFolder} in the latest release but the implementation has limitations.

Say, ${workspacefolder} -> /a/b
Currently, ${workspacefolder}/c is resolved to /a/b
While it should be resolved to /a/b/c
