Some tests skipped

Some tests passed while some skipped(for example: folder under web3j/core) : prompt java.lang.ClassNotFoundException

Configurations:

vscode: 1.29.1
jdk: 1.8.0_191
test runner: 0.12.0

I'm not familiar with gradle, is there something i'm missing?

Root cause

Classpaths not calculated correctly. For each test suite, we should check all the projects in the workspace for the classpaths.
