Jump to source when clicking the call stack info in debug console

According to microsoft/vscode-java-pack#78, when an exception is thrown, its info is printed in the debug console including the call stack. It would be very helpful if users can jump to the corresponding source by clicking on the call stack. Here to request this feature.
