[Job Debugging] Display the debugging reservation status for job in webportal #2216

Show the debugging reservation status for job in webportal. See the example following.
In the job list page:
In the job information page:
Why is this needed:
User could aware that the job is failed and is reserved for job debugging
Without this feature, how does the current module work：
Through the job log, user could find out the debugging reservation job.
