[IntelliJ][webhdfs] Submit with invalid path will success

Repro Steps:

1. Create an HDInsight config, use "zhouytest230hdi36adls" and set upload storage to "webhdfs", "abc"
2. Submit, click "Continue Anyway" when pops

Result:
Submit success (with default storage account)

Note:
The same with aris cluster\webhdfs

Fix at dev 1020, get warning when submit invalid path anyway.
