Build: develop 1005

Repro Steps:

1. Create a new project, make sure there is no config file
2. Set the default spark type to HDInsight (or anyone)
3. Start spark livy interactive session console from Tools
4. Select a cluster, submit

Result:
Warning pops ask for main class

Expect:
Main class is not required field for livy interactive session console.
