Update for Quai Wallet Snap

Hi there, I am a developer of the Quai Wallet Snap: https://snaps.metamask.io/snap/npm/quai-snap/

A new version of the Quai Wallet Snap was released 5 days ago on npm: https://www.npmjs.com/package/quai-snap

I submitted a request through the Google Form for updates: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScG7tL9Ks8mrr5ZfQ83i_WdCO9PYu9EonfhLqt6I0MQwJ-pcw/viewform

But I haven't heard back. In addition, the members of our Snaps Telegram group haven't responded to any messages for 2 weeks now. The update fixes a bug that frustrates a lot of users, and is necessary for Snap functionality. Please release the update as soon as possible. Thank you.
