### What we know: - All PRs from external contributors are failing the `prep-deps` step - `yarn install` is failing after `➤ YN0000: ┌ Fetch step` with no error given - This does not affect Lego's PRs that are from a fork, it seems to only affect external contributors - I tried SSH-ing into CircleCI on a broken PR, `git checkout` on a much older branch, then `yarn` again, and it didn't fix the problem ### What might be the cause: - Did we make any NPM packages private recently? - Did we do a configuration change on CircleCI? - Do you need to be logged into GitHub to install any of our dependencies? ### Affects: - #23163 - #23072 - #23093 - #23069 - #22988 - #20719 - #22434 - Possibly more PRs
