Sometimes txs have "Gas price must be less than 0" bug

Reported a few times this morning, after we did a fairly big release this week.

Ok so the state logs we had are not sufficient. We can't direct people to the "copy state logs" button for this, we need the logs on the transaction approval view, when this error is shown:
