I've also discovered an issue: Meshinspector seems to miss some self-intersections.
I've encountered similar issues in several models I've tested.
Here's a specific example:
I fixed a model using Meshinspector, exported it, and then used Magic RP to detect self-intersections (it appears to be two spatial self-intersections, with two sets of faces slightly intersecting each other).
However, Meshinspector didn't detect them (even with touchIsIntersection = true, it didn't detect this type of self-intersection). They only slightly touch each other spatially, like a burr on one wall touching the outer shell of the other.
