Beta 0.2 Win x64

This version can view most numerical data (ie not graphics and sounds) as well as cutscene data and stat graphs. Some data is also writable. The randomizer is fully functional, but limited in configuration. Note: due to size restrictions, jfxwebkit.dll needed to be zipped separately. It is probably not required, but if it is, unzip it and place it in the bin folder.

Known bugs:
The stat grapher is off by one. The graph shows on the pokemon before the correct one.
Actually stats appear completely inconsistent with main series. Not sure if bug or accurate.
