fix(web): resolve TypeScript compilation errors after catalogue refactoring

- Update bookmark selection context to use string IDs instead of numbers
- Fix BookmarkManager to properly extract title/URL from CatalogueEntity notes
- Add proper null checks for optional CatalogueEntity.id fields
- Update use-query-bookmarking hook to handle new CatalogueEntity structure
- Maintain backward compatibility during transition from old bookmark system

All TypeScript compilation errors have been resolved without using type coercion.
