chore(web): remove algorithm UI components (depends on removed packages)

Remove web app components and routes that depended on the removed
algorithms, graph-core, and graph-expansion packages.

Removed:
- Algorithm tabs, panels, and category components
- Community detection, core analysis, graph traversal UI
- Path finding, pattern detection UI components
- Graph algorithms hooks and service
- Algorithms route
