chore(deps): remove graph-core package (moved to graphbox)

The graph-core package has been migrated to the graphbox repository.
This package provided a graph adapter layer bridging BibGraph entities
and the algorithms package.

Removed:
- Graph adapter for BibGraph entity integration
- Graph adapter unit tests
