Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Replies are not forwarded to the follower of the original post, even when the original post's author's follower collection is mentioned in the To or Cc fields

Describe the solution you'd like
We should implement inbox forwarding for that like mastodon does for example. Maybe that should also be implemented for likes and shares, so we do not have the same problem mastodon has with very different

none

we already accept activities which were sent to us via inbox forwarding
