Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the recent spam wave it was relatively easy to get rid of spam accounts on your mastodon instance by banning their mail provider. We currently have no such option on mbin

Describe the solution you'd like
It should be possible to ban mail providers (not just the domain, but the mail server in the mx dns field)
