Same issue as #450 on GOG - OpenCAGE will not switch to staging when located in A:I folder : OpenCAGE Settings.json file incorrectly reports IsRemote = true

This is a duplication, but I cannot reopen the old ticket.
I used opencage on gog version last night and it would not switch to staging.

I have had this issue before on EGS version.  
I checked the OpenCAGE Settings file to find it showed IsRemote= True.
I edited it to read false , saved and the problem vanished allowing update.
