Earlier this week, Strava announced they will be removing the ability for 3rd party developers to obtain segment leaderboard information. Due to this change, the "segment" tab is effectively rendered useless for the purposes of comparing against other athletes. Unfortunately, this takes the already partially-broken (due to the 2018 update where they made non-personal data unsearchable because of privacy concerns) table to be completely broken.
However, analytics can be still be computed for individual rider's segments. Moreover, other site functionality remains intact such a "rides". As such, the following should be deliverables for the time being:
Appropriately inform users of the recent Strava update (although it was announced and apparent on the site due to the monetization of segment leaderboards, this could be emphasized)
Allow for more accessible individual segment analytics
