Please if you can,

Card reader : I don't need it , so I disabled it from bios.

try to enable it back, boot a Linux live distribution such as Debian, attach an lspci -vvnn or lsusb -v or an lshw -html > lshw_report.html to check if you have a Realtek USB card reader listed here:
