[Uno] Maps crashes the app when used inside ContentDialog on Android

Describe the bug

When you open a ContentDialog with a map control in it, as per #2778 CenterOn() has no effect and the map stays on the default location over the ocean somewhere, but unlike on desktop, once you touch the map the whole app just crashes (does not seem to throw any exception that I can catch while debugging).
