Startisback blurs the reflection image

I realised that StartIsBack blurs the reflection image in addition to everything else behind it, while the rest of the UI using DWMBG's Aero does not.

Here's what happens when you maximise the global blur to 50 and compare the taskbar with the window (SIB's opacity has been corrected to match the afterglowbalance for fair comparison):

The only way to fix this currently, is to restart Explorer after DWMBG loads.

I'm posing this as another question as to whether this, like my previous post about SIB's opacity changing its own afterglowbalance effect from DWMBG, can be fixed on DWMBG's end or SIB's end?
