Compilation instructions

this projet is configured for Code::Blocks and eclipse AVR.

for code::Blocks simply open periphmaster.cbp and compil it!
for eclipse: follow this guide AVR-eclipse install and configure set workspace at parent floder of cloned repo and compil it!
