Provide a way to disable super's first launch that occurs after the installation

Hello,

At the moment, super is scheduled to launch once directly after being installed. For scenario where you want to pre-install super to have it ready to work for later, it would be nice to have a key/parameter similar to --workflow-disable-relaunch that would permit to disable even the first launch that comes right after the installation.

Something like --workflow-disable--first-launch maybe?

Now that I think about it, WorkflowDisableUpdateCheck works perfectly for the kind of scenario I describes.
