ACF Google Maps

I'm trying to create a Google Maps block with the example code from the ACF documentation.

For some reason, the map doesn't render properly, see here.

I don't get any warnings or errors in the console log. When I paste the exact same code to the footer for example or somewhere outside of the block, the map renders correctly.

Any idea or hints what could cause this problem?
