In my opinion, hard-coding is a strict no-no, especially since
ctf_pvp_engineis a framework. This PR makes theon_killedplayercallback more generic by passing the wielded itemstack itself as the third param, instead of hard-coded types like"sword","gun", and"grenade". Things like these should be implemented by the mods down the line that make use of this framework.
