In my opinion, hard-coding is a strict no-no, especially since ctf_pvp_engine is a framework. This PR makes the on_killedplayer callback more generic by passing the wielded itemstack itself as the third param, instead of hard-coded types like "sword", "gun", and "grenade". Things like these should be implemented by the mods down the line that make use of this framework.
