I was going through your YT trailer and Github and I am super impressed by the capabilities of MDAnalysis as a Python library for analyzing molecular dynamics simulations. Your commitment to openness, best practices, and reproducibility aligns with my values as a researcher.

As a ML Researcher, I have some basic experience with Benchmarking and Optimization and I would love to learn and contribute towards your library! What are the next steps I can take to better my chances of working with you before the application opens on the 24th?
