Describe the bug
H5P could not be saved for Interactive video after intial save.

Environment (please complete the following information):

Windows 11
Lumi Version 0.10.0.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start Interactive video
Save h5p file
work on file (add drag drop activity)
admire the save errors that cannot be fixed and lose all your work

Expected behavior
Need to save my h5p file!
