Windows 11, Lumi 0.10 (latest at this moment, no experimental mode)
I have embedded video content (mp4/h264 with 48khz AAC audio, recorded with OBS) on slides - one movie per slide
Removing of a slide with video leads to the situation that the h5p file cannot be saved (red failure field, file size reduced, thus it seems that something gets lost at removal).
As a result - at the moment - it seems I can never remove a video that was entered at any time.
Inbetween any workaround for this would be great.

After further investigations with older file versions:
seems not to be a general issue - older file versions execute entering and removal of video scenes to a slide without showing this error and destroving the file repeatidly
But nevertheless: some mechanism of validation / correction in case of missing references stay as requirement. My file contains a lot of work and the bug seems to be entered a lot of versions ago. I have no tool or support to fix/correct this somehow (implicitly via some "repair" operation or explicitly by some "debug" mode) and this should be added.
