Describe the bug
Even if the Basque translation shows 100% for all components in Weblate, only the desktop app (tried the snap-store version) shows it as a language option. It's not showing in neither the website nor the cloud version dropdown.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Just go to the website or log in into the cloud version. Click on the language dropdown. Basque is not there.
Expected behavior
I would expect for the Basque option to show in the language dropdown, and thus be able to browse the website and use the cloud app in Basque.
Additional context
I checked on the Weblate translation platform just in case and saw all components in the homepage and the Lumi Education project are translated 100%.
