What is meaning of "add POSIX path" ?

If file or folder have name with space "test file" FinderPlusPlus copy path without quote or like
test\ file.

As a note, by dragging the file from Finder into a given window requesting plain text entry (e.g. TextEdit editing a plain text file, Terminal, any programmers' editor such as CotEditor, Textastic, TextMate, …) the POSIX path will be inserted. As can be seen here: (showing CotEditor, Text Edit, Terminal)

Edited to add: you can also drag folders or files from Finder windows into Open… or Save As… dialogs to go there or preselect that file. This is suuuuuuper handy.
