I Have Finished The Most Important commit.

The Vector Push function now works meaning lots of basic language features are working together and
correctly (allocating and deallocating memory ,Generics, Module Export System , for loops and if statements).I know saying it out loud makes it sound unimpressive but after a year of the language not working I see this as the light at the end of the tunnel.
