Add the option to have a folder note for the root folder

I use the file path in the header to navigate my vault structured around the Folder Notes plugin. It would be nice to have a the option to specify a note to be the folder note for the root folder. The note would then appear as the first folder in the path, thus allowing easy navigation to a main dashboard.
