Convert Note into Folder+Note on Drag&Drop

When I drag and drop a note onto another note, my intention is that I'd like the note I'm dropping on to should be a folder (+ folder note). Given it currently is just a note, it would be convenient if this drag&drop would automatically turn the note into a folder note and then having the note I drag&drop'ed to that new folder.
