How to tell if the Lora radio is receiving a packet?

In [radio.c](https://github.com/Lora-net/LoRaMac-node/blob/master/src/radio/sx126x/radio.c) I can access if the radio is in transmit or receive mode, but how can I ensure that I'm not currently receiving a packet before broadcasting?
