Here's a link to a scraper I made a few years ago which hoovered up Liverpool's planning applications and geolocated them (for placing on a google map) - It's mad that we have to scrape our own (3rd party provided) applications, but political ownership of data is a big ongoing internal issue.
This Is exactly the next dataset i was looking for, i used pdf tabes to get the BID stuff a while ago but didnt know where to start looking for this, Awesome thanks, Ill get the open os data again and import it all in to carto and then see how it looks. i dont Suppose you've any clues as to where here might be a listing of derelict buildings? find, Not sure I'm ready to write a scraper but if there's no existing set i guess I'll get ready by doing.

As an example of what it could enable, what about the alerts of nearby planning applications I wrote about in http://www.mcqn.net/mcfilter/archives/urbanism/opening_up_planning_awareness.html as a start.
