Squash of: feat: Added CLAUDE.md feat: Updated CMakeLists.txt to use python3 feat: Added dependency of tasks in order to build the whole library project feat: Added build dependendant tasks ordering fix: Removed some hard-coded 4KB page size definition fix: Removed flag preventing 16KB alignment of `.so` files chore: Remove potentially unneeded directives fix: zipalign command fix: Build with new NDK version and added polyfill needed... it works with 16KB pageSize now fix: Updated minSdk to 24 to support building with NDK 28 and have the correct alignment
