Twitch dashboard refreshes multiple times

As the title says the dashboard when accessing it will refresh like 10-20 times before it will work this might be a mechanism from Twitch to discourage users from using an Adblocking extension on Twitch.

The possible solution is to remove the subdomain dashboard.twitch.tv from the adblocking list within the extension as dashboard shouldn't have any active ads due to moderation and/or editors using it for those purposes.
