Could `Show top voted solution` be solutions in all languages?

For example, my favorite language is Scala, or I'm learning Scala, and I finish a problem with Scala. Now I want to see top voted solution, it only shows top voted solutions in Scala which displays an error most of the time (because no solutions in Scala for the problem).
