This PR:

  • Adds support for Python 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9
  • Removes support for Python 3.* versions which are out of support (this was causing CI problems as no images this old are available)
  • Fixes the tox.ini command to run across these environments
  • Tidies some other small bits and bobs (white space, a file that was dropped by the tests)

For use with pyenv to allow easy switching between Python versions

Hey there,

While this project is now archived and therefore not seeing any work. I must say I'm awed by the effort provided here. I am not sure why ws4py is still used as I thought by now better libs existed. But if the community wants to keep it alive, I should make an effort.

I'll review this asap.
