Have you found a license for the TcJavaToAds.jar? I am trying to figure out the applied license but it doesn't say anywhere. Is this open source?

I can't say anything about the license but i do not think it is open source. If you need to customize some functionality, you could probably decompile and rebuild the library. Or you could request the specific information at Beckhoff. Depends on the reason why you need it.
