根据requirements.txt用pip3 install -r requirements.txt命令安装依赖遇到问题 （using the command to install packages did not success! help!) ）

安装依赖的时候好几个包都找不到，请问有佬知道这个问题该怎么解决吗？？
requirements.txt里面下面这几个包都找不到，导致安装不成功，请问不安装这几个包有什么影响吗？？
ipython==8.13.2
mt-tritonclient==1.0.4
octo-rpc==0.4.6
python-cat==0.0.10

when I plan to install all the packages in the requirements.txt, I had encounted some problems, like some packages cannot be found. Did someone has the same problems as me? can someone give me a hand? thank you vary much!
