Relevant to address:

Ideally, these Golang versions would become bases of ubi9/go-toolset, allowing minimal changes in the workflows, including downstream automated builds of Authorino by Red Hat. (RHSA-2023:5838.)

This may no longer be relevant for the security issues linked in the description, since Red Hat back ported the fixes for CVE-2023-44487 and CVE-2023-39325 to ubi9/go-toolset container image builds based on RHEL 9.2 and Golang 1.19.

Refs.:

Will open another issue to bump Golang to 1.20 once it's available in ubi9/go-toolset container image.
