Users should be able to disable the backup notifications in the settings or the .env file.

Not sure if you would want a separate issue opened for this but related to this, would it be possible to allow users in those same settings to say if they want to get emails for all backups or JUST for failed backups? I'd like to be able to receive a notice if a backup fails but the successful backup emails aren't very useful to me.
