Automatic and/or suggested tags based on prior used tags for a given website

I see this as an extension of the current tag suggestion system. As the title suggests, the ability for the platform to automatically apply tags to a given website URL and further suggest tags based on prior used tags for a given URL. For example;

For any link saved from the YouTube URL (youtube.com/), I can choose to have certain tags always applied to it by default, such as video or youtube for automated tagging.

To extend this feature yet further, I'd love to see suggested tags based on prior used tags for a given link URL as well. Using the same above example, it may suggest tags content or programming or something but not automatically apply them.
